What we collect
Account details (name, email), carrier details (DOT/MC numbers, FMCSA authority and safety data), insurance certificates you upload, truck and rate preferences, locations you enter manually, loads, broker messages, and payment records. We do not use GPS tracking.
Why
To verify your authority, match and rank loads, draft broker messages, run your subscription, and (if you opt in) Instant pay. We never sell your data.
Who processes it
Our hosting and database provider, Stripe (billing), an AI provider (load ranking and message drafts, sent only your own load and profile data), and the public FMCSA databases (lookups by DOT/MC number).
Security
Every driver's records and documents are isolated at the database level. Insurance files are stored privately and are only readable by you.
Your rights
You can download all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting removes your documents, records and cancels billing.
